The platform for running your own affiliate network, not a single brand's program. From $950/mo plus $500 setup, six-month minimum, and an Everflow Pay fee ladder on top ($160 to $1,670/mo by payout volume). Independent and bootstrapped since 2016, which matters now that TUNE and CAKE share an owner. Research listing.
Everflow is the tool you buy when you've stopped running an affiliate program and started running a network. That's the distinction this whole listing hangs on, so I'll say it up front: if you're one brand with one program, Everflow is built for someone else.
I haven't used Everflow, as a merchant or as an affiliate. This is a research listing. Everything below comes from Everflow's own pages (its Shopify app listing, the Everflow Pay amendment, the export documentation), from G2, Trustpilot and Capterra reviews, and from one agency practitioner on r/affiliate_managers in October 2026 who runs their own network on it. Where a claim is third-party I've said so.
A line of history, because it's the differentiator. Everflow was founded in May 2016, bootstrapped, and is still independent, with offices in Mountain View, Montréal and Amsterdam. The two other network-grade platforms in this category, TUNE and CAKE, are both owned by Constellation Software now (TUNE acquired in 2020, the two co-managed since July 2025). So of the three tools a network operator would shortlist, Everflow is the only one whose owners are the people who built it. Not a guarantee of anything, but it's the first thing I'd notice before signing a six-month commitment.
Agencies that run a network for multiple clients. Actual networks, the kind that sign advertisers and publishers on both sides. And brands big enough that they're effectively a network already: dozens of partner types, multiple offers, payouts in the hundreds of thousands a month, a team whose job is partnerships.
The practitioner on r/affiliate_managers put it plainly: they love impact.com's tech, but Everflow is the best tool for building your own network, and their agency runs its own branded network on it. That's the use case.
A single DTC brand or SaaS doing under five figures a month in commissions. Probably you. Everything about Everflow's pricing and contract assumes network volume, and at single-program scale you're paying for infrastructure you won't touch.
Anyone who wants a trial before a contract. There isn't a public one.
Everflow doesn't publish a price on its site. Its own Shopify app listing does: from $950 a month plus a $500 setup fee, with usage-based tiers by monthly payout volume. Trackdesk's comparison page claims $1,495 a month, which is third-party and contradicts Everflow's own number. Trust the $950 until a quote says otherwise.
Then there's the six-month minimum commitment. Not a month-to-month tool.
Then there's Everflow Pay, which is where the real monthly cost lives. If you pay partners through Everflow, the brand pays a usage fee on top of the subscription, stepped by payout volume: $160 a month at $0 to $25K in payouts, $320 at $25K to $50K, $470 at $50K to $100K, $600 at $100K to $150K, and so on up to $1,670 at $900K to $1M.
Worked example. Say you're paying partners $30K a month. That's the $950 subscription plus the $320 Pay fee, so $1,270 a month before anything else. And the partners pay too: $29 to $40 per cross-border USD payment plus FX, with a $50 minimum on international payments. PayPal isn't mentioned anywhere I could find. Your overseas partners will notice that.
The fee ladder is worth naming for what it is: commitment escalation. The more volume you route through Pay, the higher the tier, and the more of your payout operation lives inside Everflow. By month six you're not deciding whether to renew a subscription, you're deciding whether to rebuild how you pay a few hundred people. That's commitment and consistency doing the vendor's retention work, and it's why the minimum is six months rather than twelve: they don't need twelve.
The network use case. Multiple advertisers, multiple offers, partner tiers, 2-tier partner referrals so your partners can recruit partners. Attribution hooks into Google, Meta and TikTok, which matters if your network's partners are running paid.
Data access. CSV and JSON export for most reports, and raw clicks, conversions and impressions through the API. For a tool at this price that's the minimum, and Everflow meets it.
Free migration in. If you're on TUNE, CAKE or HitPath, Everflow will migrate your data, including API-level migrations, at no charge. A nice touch, and it tells you something: vendors that make it easy to arrive are telling you where the moat is. It's not in getting your data in.
What gets you out: full CSV/JSON export on most reports, plus raw click, conversion and impression data via API. That's a real exit, and better than most of this category offers.
What keeps you in: the six-month minimum. Four report types that don't export at all (Dimensional, Funnel, Variance, Cohort), so any analysis you've built on those stays behind. And the Everflow Pay ladder, which turns leaving into a payments migration as well as a tracking migration.
Three because the data gets out. It'd be a two without the Pay fee structure.
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, ClickFunnels, Stripe, ClickBank. Zapier through a webhook bridge rather than a native app. Attribution for Google, Meta and TikTok.
Not confirmed: PayPal as a payout rail, any course platform, any tax form workflow.
Check where you are in the six-month term before giving notice. Pull every report that exports to CSV or JSON, and run the API for raw clicks, conversions and impressions back to day one. Screenshot or rebuild anything living in the four non-exportable reports. Move payouts off Everflow Pay first, so partners are being paid from the new rail before tracking cuts over. Then migrate.
My opinion, labelled as such: Everflow is the right tool for maybe one reader in twenty on this site, and for that reader it's probably the best choice in the category. If you're an agency building a network, or a brand with network-scale payouts, the independence story matters. TUNE is $1,500 a month paid annually for advertisers, CAKE won't tell you the price and auto-renews for twelve months, and both now answer to Constellation. Everflow's six-month term is the shortest of the three and its export is the most complete. I'd shortlist it first.
For everyone else, the number to remember is $1,270 a month at $30K in payouts, and that's the number Trackdesk beats at $299 a month with no contract. A single brand under network scale has no reason to pay four times that for infrastructure it won't use.
And if what you want is to be on a network rather than run one, that's a different purchase entirely. impact.com puts you in front of the affiliates who are already there, which is most of the point. Everflow gives you the pipes. You still have to find the water.
