I'm Andrew Murray. I write every review on this site, and I've run affiliate programs on most of the tools I write about.

Why I built this

I started selling online in the early 2010s. Since then I've sold about $250,000 through JVZoo as a vendor, run close to 100 affiliates on a self-hosted Post Affiliate Pro install, put products on WarriorPlus, bought EzyGold to run a two-up program, built on Systeme.io, and used Lemon Squeezy's built-in affiliates for my own SaaS products. I've been on the affiliate side too, promoting other people's software through FirstPromoter, Affonso and Lemon Squeezy programs.

Every one of those choices taught me something the sales page didn't mention. Affiliate software is a one-way door: your links, your affiliates and your commission history live inside whichever tool you picked, and leaving costs more than joining. AffiliateToggle exists so you can see the exit before you walk through the entrance.

How the reviews work

Each listing covers who the tool is for, who should skip it, real pricing at $10k and $50k a month in affiliate sales, a lock-in score from 1 to 5, the gotchas, and what to do if you're leaving. Where I've used the tool myself, the listing is tagged Hands-on Tested and I say what happened. Where I haven't, I say so, and the review is built from the vendor's own pricing pages and help docs, plus what real users have posted on review sites, Reddit and X.

Every listing has a "last verified" date. Prices in this category change often, and I'd rather tell you when I last checked than pretend they don't.
